Senior PROS Specialist

F/T Position – 35 Hrs/Week
Duties to include assisting the Team Leader in coaching staff, training and giving information to staff that is necessary for their positions. Assists Team Leader in managing the department. Participates in internal and external meetings regarding the department. Will conduct preadmission screening, assessment and initial recovery plan for participants. Conducts groups for participants.
Qualifications: Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts as defined by PROS.
4 or more years of experience with people with severe and persistent .mental illness
Capacity to work with data collection software as well as excellent general computer skills.Understanding of the population being served and their needs, and services to accommodate those needs. Strong in person centered skills, motivational interviewing and engagement.
